The time is now to start communicating with your employees on the new Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA). There are a number of reasons to do so now. You should also plan ongoing communication, so you do not overwhelm your employees with more information than they can digest. Using meetings, videos, power-points, emails, and social media is also a good idea to help spread the company message on what you are doing in regards to the PPACA.
