What part of your business do you love best??  Building your product?  Delivering your service?  Interacting with your prospects and customers?  Whatever it is, I am pretty sure it is not preparing payroll…or putting together a benefits program…or setting up training.  Most successful companies (let’s say small companies, fewer than 25 employees) succeed with passion for what they do, and perhaps having the right people on board.  They succeed because they have better service, better plan, better products, or a niche in the market.  They succeed because they focus on the goal…not on stuff that doesn’t move the company forward.
