Mark Toth from the Manpower Group Blogs has put together a cheat sheet for Harassment law.  He talks about quid pro quo harassment where certain benefits of employment are conditioned on the victim’s submission to unwanted sexual advances by a supervisor, and the victims ability to file a claim even if they succumb to the advances, as well as who the perpetrator by law is classified, and the liability of the employer for proven harassment.  He also talks about a hostile work environment and how an employer can avoid liability for hostile work environment harassment.  You can read the blog here.
